Career Highlights
'Myffy' was our foundation bitch. She was Ch Bitch and RUBIS BCC of NSW March 1989 while 6-1/2 weeks in whelp, out of a bitch entry of 71. The BIS winner was her father, the multi winning dog Ch Minimbah Hot Pursuit 'Toddy'. Although she did not like to show, Myffy had 54 points earned against very tough competition. She was always a contender in the Best Gaited class. On one occasion she came in behind her grandsire Ch Minimbah Tradition, and sire Ch Minimbah Hot Pursuit, to take a 3rd place at a specialty show gaited class.
Myf produced very soundly structured pups overall. Two went on to become BIS winners, and another was a RUBIS winner. She also produced pups who went out to work sheep and cattle, and a CDX daughter and granddaughter.
She was a sweet natured dog who loved to run free in the paddocks and play with our first BC, 'Timmy' (Arfryn Black Chieftain CD).
Date of Birth: 18 July 1992

Career Highlights
Crystal arrived in a classically painted Border Collie coat with perfect markings on a cold winter's day. She was the pick bitch in her mother's last litter. By the time she was 11 months old Crystal had won a BISS from the Puppy Class - the very first NSW Southern Districts Country BC Club show. She was to win the Challenge Bitch certificate on 3 occasions at that show. She was also a BIG winner in the Sydney metropolitan area, a class in group and in show winner at Specialty and All Breeds shows and had numerous best gaited awards to her credit as well.
She was a real character and all the younger dogs here at Pawtails treated Crystal with the utmost respect - they knew she was the boss!
I will miss Crystal tremendously as she was the last living link to one of my two foundation bitches and as Jo said she has seen a part of her life disappear with the loss of Crystal as she was the only dog left here from Jo's childhood and child handler days. Farewell my beautiful Bootees, Rabbit, The Comet, Grandma.
